Approach
We cut the home screen down to the three things people check most.
Interviews showed people opened the app to check a balance, pay someone or find a transaction. Everything else moved one tap deeper, and transfers became a single flow with clear confirmation.
Result
Money tasks take seconds, not minutes.
Average time to send a payment fell by half after launch, and support tickets about transfers dropped steadily over the first quarter.
